We would like to remnd all owners that spring time is here and is the best time to plant seed for grass and plant flowers. 

 

We have noticed on a few inspections that several yards are very high.  Grass needs to be mowed  on a weekly basis.  We ask that if you cannot do this on your own that you hire a contactor to do for you.  All weeds in the neighborhood need to be treated or pulled. 

 

 

 

As you will see there are many different options with this website vs. our old website.   One of the great options is that this website creates an online directory for the neighbors.  Its password protected so none of your information is sold or provided to anyone else.   We can also put pictures on the website of events in the neighborhood (which is also password protected).  If you have questions or concerns please visit the contact us  and email us!
