Posted on Jul 9th, 2015
Please email Robin Guyon with Ardsley @ rguyon@ardsleymgmt one week before your vacation she will contact John with Tactical Security and have your property added to the schedule for vacation monitoring. John or one of his team will walk the perimeter of your home to make sure there are no break ins and check to make sure everything is secure. There is no additional charge for this.

Mail Boxes and Posts
Posted on Jun 18th, 2015
The HOA does not cover the mailbox or the post, but they do require per the documents that all mailboxes must match as well as mailbox posts.  We can provide you with a few vendors that we have used for these services.   Both vendors are aware of the requirements per the HOA so they can match up everything for you.

Sign House  523-7301
Otto's  886-4400

You may want to reach out to both to get the best pricing but both companies do a great job.

Reminders!!!
Posted on Mar 10th, 2015
The Town of Fishers is now enforcing codes in the neighborhood.  We have heard from a few residents that were cited recently for different issues regarding their turf and weeds.  We would like to remind all neighbors that grass and weeds are to be maintained on a regular basis.  This includes flower & shrub beds as well.

Any improvements to the home need to be approved by the Archtectural Control Committee.

No boats or trailers are allowed to be parked on a lot in the sub division.  They are not permitted on the street either.  If your boat or trailer does not fit in your garage you must store them off the property.
